Day 1
Airport - Negombo


  • Hotel : Goldi Sands (B)

Upon arrival at the Katunayaka airport, you will be greeted and met by one of our friendly chauffer guides. You will then be transferred to the hotel to refresh and relax.

Day 2
Negombo – Dambulla – Sigiriya


  • Hotel : Kassapa Lions Rock (B)

After breakfast we will depart Negombo for the fascinating Cultural Triangle. En-route we will visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. It is listed as a world Heritage Site and considered to hold the most breathtaking masterpieces of Buddhist Art in Sri Lanka.Next you will check into the hotel where you may relax by soaking in the sun and taking a plunge in the pool.In the evening, you will climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD). An UNSECO World Heritage listed site.

Day 3
Sigiriya – Pinnawela – Kandy

After breakfast, we will leave Sigiriya and visit the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Some highlights of the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage include witnessing herds of elephants making their way down to the river for their daily bath and feeding of baby elephants. You will also have fantastic photo opportunities as you get up close to the elephants.Next we will proceed to Kandy, the gateway to Sri Lanka’s beautiful Hill Country. Kandy is the last kingdom of Sri Lanka and is also an UNESCO World Heritage listed site. Whilst in Kandy, we will visit DaladaMaligawa (home to the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha).You will also experience the bustling city of Kandy.

Day 4
Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, leave for NuwaraEliya. You will notice as we drive through the Hill Country the temperature becomes much cooler and the air is crisp. You will also witness the never ending luscious green tea plantations and the beautiful waterfalls. En-route we will visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced. Here you will observe the process of manufacturing tea. You can also witness how tea is graded and taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory. NuwaraEliya is about 2000m above sea level. Check in to your hotel and relax.

Day 5
Nuwara Eliya – Tissa

After breakfast we will leave for Tissa via Ella. The view from Ella Gap is a spectacular scenic sight– the landscape falls ways in a dizzy drop of 3000ft to the eastern plains. Proceed to Tissa and check-in to the hotel. Take a plunge at the pool, enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Day 6
Tissa – Yala – Hikkaduwa

After breakfast we will leave for an exciting wildlife jeep Safari at the Yala National Park. Yala National Park is about 1,260 sq. Km in size and is the largest National Park in Sri Lanka. It has a picturesque scenicocean frontage and it’s vegetation ranges from open parkland to dense jungle. The highlight of Yala is thelarge herd of elephants. Yala West Park is the bestlocation to observe and photograph leopards. There are estimated to be about 35 leopards in the park. It is also home to a large variety of water birds, sloth bear, spotted deer, barking deer, mouse deer, toquemonkey, mongoose and crocodiles. At the completionof the Safari you will leave for a sunny beach side staying at Hikkaduwa. Check-in to your hotel andrelax.

Day 8
Hikkaduwa- Airport

Leave for the airport for departure with a warm good bye.
